There is also a large patio on the other side which is only for the use of these two Studios, with tables and chairs for the guests.
From the balconies, you can see the island of the Panagia and the activities of the harbour and waterfront in Parga. This is lovely accommodation, very central and near the shops and the town beach.
Villa Down also offers,on the ground floor (also with sea view) a family apartment of 48 square meters and consists from one separate bedroom and in the separate kitchen there are also two/three extra beds for one or two or three children. This family apartment has also a private bathroom, television and air-conditioning and it is perfect accommodation for a group of friends/family who choose to stay in the centre of Parga, close to both Kryoneri (the town beach) and Valtos beach, the shops, restaurants and cafes.
